Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) had recently brought a notice in improving traffic safety. However, privacy and communication between the parties still going in the past practices, but authentication is the major concern during V2V or V2I communication. We will be implementing Authentication based encryption protocol, which will not allow the anonymous user to enter in the Vehicular zone. If the new user enters in the internal zone, then they have a user code (challenge) to assist the other party. If the code does not match with the other party, then the connection terminated permanently and provide information Base Station Node. This base station node is the Wi-Fi antenna which sends/accept the signals of the vehicles through Road side unit. In this paper, we draft the deficiency of vehicular systems because the message of a vehicle always broadcast in nature and anonymous user easily get the access of the link during broadcasting. Furthermore, we consider the system in two ways, first, the Tracing Manager provides the certificate of the challenge to the vehicles and secondly, the routing details, connection management, other control information handle by the Access point which is a base station in our system. Experimental analysis conducted in the network simulator which indicates that verification of the message among the vehicle accelerated by the batch processing technique, again handle by the base station.
